Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must be in its original condition
• Return request must be raised within 7 days after delivery

Note: Please note that during sale periods, article exchanges are not permitted. Only size exchanges will be allowed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

Approved refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

• Bank transfer
• UPI
• Store credit

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

• Product availability
• Size availability
• Successful quality inspection of returned item

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping fees may apply in certain cases

• Free return shipping may be offered for damaged or incorrect products

Refusal of Returns

Shobira reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests if:

• The returned product fails quality inspection
• The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer
• The return request violates our policy terms
